You may have only one (1) account at PartyPoker.com and at TheSmartMarks.com! The name on your PartyPoker.com account must match your true and legal name and identity. If PartyPoker discovers that you have more than one (1) account, they will close your accounts and confiscate your account balances immediately, for security reasons.

You must be at least 18 years old to qualify for this promotion. You must be a FIRST TIME PLAYER. If you have EVER had an active Party Poker REAL money account, you do not qualify. If you have a PLAY money account, you still qualify, but you must create a NEW PLAYER account. Only one account per person and/or street address. DO NOT create a 2nd account if you already have a real money account.

You must play 500 raked hands before you can withdrawal money from your account. A raked hand is one where you are playing 'ring games' (we recommend .$50/$1.00 limit rooms), and your dealt 2 cards and you are in the pot. The number of raked hands varies depending on the tables your play at. Blackjack is included, however is 1/4 a raked hand.

Party Poker must rake the hand (check by the dealer for any funds taken out of the pot that reaches the requirement for that table). To check for raked hand totals we recommend applying for the Party Poker players club where you earn points for raked hands to either a) purchase merchandise or b) enter special free point tournaments or emailing Party Poker requesting a total.

If you lose your Free $50 and re-deposit on your own, you are able to make withdrawals at anytime.
