TheSmartMarks.com values our relationship with you and the other users of our web site (the "Web Site") and the services offered on it (the "TheSmartMarks.com"). We recognize that you may be concerned about our collection, use, and disclosure of your personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") that we may collect when you use the Web Site and the TheSmartMarks.com Services. All personal information you submit to us (such as your name, email, address, telephone number, etc.), will be kept confidential but may be shared with  PartyPoker.com for verification purposes in connection with membership benefits. Other than this and emails, we will never sell, give away, divulge or exploit any of your personal information.

Although we work closely with the organizations we promote and have been an affiliate of PartyPoker for nearly four years, we are not given access to any of your personal information, deposits or playing habits or frequency. We are able to verify if you signed up at PartyPoker using one of our bonus codes or tracker numbers based on your PartyPoker account name, but nothing more.

How Do I Agree to the Privacy Policy?

This Privacy Policy is a part of the Terms of Service ("TOS"). Accordingly, when you click the "I Agree" button to access the Forums, or the TheSmartMarks.com Services, you agree that we can collect, use, and disclose your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Does FreeFiftyDollars.com ever Make Changes to its Privacy Policy?

We may make changes to the Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by sending you an email. (if you are a FreeFiftyDollars member, posting a notice in the Forum of the Web Site, or, through the use of cookies, informing you when you first log on to the Web Site after we have made changes. What Types of Information Does TheSmartMarks.com Collect From Me?

Personal Information. We collect Personal Information from you. As explained above, Personal Information is information that can be used to identify you individually, such as your name, mailing address, phone number, email address. We will never ask you for any credit card information.

We collect your PartyPoker account name, your real name, telephone number, Location, and email address when you register, you will NOT receive spam from TheSmartMarks.com.

Communications With Us. If you communicate with us regarding the Web Site or the TheSmartMarks.com Services, we will collect any information that you provide to us in any such communication.

Analytic and Reporting Technologies. What About Children's Privacy?

Under Eighteen. The TheSmartMarks.com Services are intended for users ages eighteen and older. Accordingly, we will not knowingly collect or use any Personal Information from children that we know to be under the age of eighteen. In addition, we will delete any information in our database that we know originates from a child under the age of thirteen.

Can I "Opt Out" From Receiving Communications From TheSmartMarks.com?

You may "opt-out" from receiving communications from us at any time, in fact, after we call you to verify your account information to send you the $50, we may never come in contact with you again unless you are an active member in the Forums.
