From JHawk's Beak
Defending the New York Yankees
by Jared "JHawk" Hawkins
As I sit down to write this on Sunday evening, it is Hulk Hogan's 49th birthday. I know I've been rather harsh on Hogan in the past, but he is a bonafide legend, and therefore he deserves some respect. So therefore, I would like to wish Hogan a happy birthday, and I hope this 13th celebration of his 49th birthday is a good one.
Anyway, some of you might not realize that I'm a huge baseball fan, although my Indians decided that the redneck son of a bitch who thought John Olerud could score from second on a single wasn't the reason they sucked this season and gutted the entire team before firing him. However, I do follow the other teams, and as an Indians fan, I grew up hating the Yankees. We all know the allegations...they have no farm system and have to buy World Series championships. And even as an avid Yankees hater, I am so tired of hearing these arguments that I'm ready to explode.
So here is all the evidence that exists that the Yankees are not simply buying World Series Championships.
Good night, everybody!
Feedback to the usual.
